HOW TO ENTER -

All the information you need to fill out your entry card will be on the www.RackleySwimming.com websites Swim Club section. Entry cards are available to be printed off this site or available from reception upon request.

Ensure that the entry card is filled out correctly & is easy to read. Often swimmers are entered in the wrong events due to mistakes being made when cards are being filled in.

ENTRY CARD INFORMATION–

NAME OF MEET: is on the notice advertising the meet eg) NERANG SHORT COURSE MEET

DATE OF MEET: the date the meet is to be held

EVENT NUMBERS / STROKE DISTANCES: use the notice advertising the meet, choose the events you wish to enter (make sure the event number is correct).

ENTRY TIME: this is your PB for the event. If you do not have a ‘PB’ for the event write ‘N/A’. You will need to keep a record of your own PB’s & the date / venue where you achieved them.

FINAL CHECK –

Work out how much you need to pay by multiplying the cost of each event by the number of events you have entered. Eg) 5 events @ $4.00 an event = $20.00

PLEASE NOTE- all entries must be lodged at front office before the closing date (on the website), double check that entries are correct & all monies are enclosed.
