The Rackley program has been developed by industry professional with step by step skill progression to build the right foundation for water confidence and stroke development. The program will consist of a specialist infants program, preschool program, school age lessons and the opportunity for competitive swimming.

Infant Program:
The infants program will consist of two levels, devised by the age and development of youngster and will aim to develop water confidence, build independent swimming skills, floating & safety skills. The program will develop these skills through repetition, songs & activities, we encourage exploration in the aquatic environment.

Preschool Program:

The preschool program will aim to overcome separation and anxiety through building trust and confidence. The

program will consist of 3 structured levels and will encourage confidence and independence in the water. Children will develop basic swimming skills and will then begin the basic stroke techniques. Safety will also be a consideration throughout these lessons and children will learn to respect the aquatic environment.

School Age Program:
The school age program will offer lesson for beginners through to children needing stroke correction. Our program will break down complex skills and build the foundation to build the skills for stroke development. Small class sizes and focus on the right skill development will ensure your child is following the right steps to swimming development. Freestyle and Backstroke are the focus in the early stages of the program, followed by the introduction of Breaststroke & Butterfly. Children will increase their swimming endurance, starts, turns & finishing skills, and develop lap swimming etiquette.
